   Every woman wants to be beautiful, slim and attractive. And every heavy eater wants to lose weight. It is very nice to hear: “Oh, you are so beautiful!” For the sake of it they are ready on a sacrifice – keep diet. There are a lot of diets. To keep diet is an effective way to loose weight, but not prevailing. You can reach best results if diets are combined with physical training: walking, running, jumping, roll skating or bending.
