For
all my life I try to lose weight, but I can’t. I tried many
diets, followed them for a long time, but when I gave up it I was
growing fat again. It was like a marathon, but it didn’t work,
I got more and more fat.
But once I read an article about carbohydrates and understood that carbohydrates
are the principle enemy of any woman who are on a diet. If you want to
loose your weight you need avoid carbohydrates, i.e. bread, pastry, sugar,
honey, any kind of porridge, vegetables, especially potatoes, dairy products,
fruits, sweets. And my today’s ration is fish, meat, chicken, tea,
coffee without sugar, eggs. The quantity of carbohydrates is limited till
40-60g a day. Due to this diet I feel great and lost about 10 kg. That
is why, it is necessary to be on a healthy low fat diet.
When you are going in for sport the first you loose is carbohydrates, and
only than you loose fat. And if carbohydrates are absent in your organism,
your will loose your fat quicker. To lose your weight and become slim is
the only half. Keeping fit is more difficult than losing weight.
